Run and jump!

Both can be fun if you are a "jumpful" kind of person :-) If you don't know what it means: it's a rare mixture between .......well, all the good things you feel like doing when you are full of energy.

Do some stretching first .......

...and then start off with small steps

Try to listen to the birds, look at the sky and enjoy the fresh air at the same time.....or don't you like multitasking???

As soon as you find the next playground, try to chase all the people away first. There are lots of different ways of doing that. Our favourite one is the well established so-called garlic method. It works as follows: take the fresh garlic out of the special garlic-bag, (which you should always carry with you, just in case...) and start eating it as if it were an apple. Don't forget to take a deep breath every now and then and exhale as strongly as you can. That works wonders and you can start enjoying your free space soon after finishing your delicious meal. Lovely! ;-)

It wasn't necessary to exercise it on that afternoon though.......the place was quiet and empty,hmmmmmmmm :-( Actually, I love crowded playgrounds....oh well, never mind.
